About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tourism Information Officer to join our team. This role is central to delivering an outstanding visitor experience by providing accurate information, recommendations and assistant to tourists and locals alike. Amongst other things you will be responsible for responding to all enquiries for information, ensuring that they are answered in a friendly, helpful, polite manner.

You will be the face of our district, helping to create lasting positive impressions. You are passionate about our community, with a deep sense of pride of our region and a genuine desire to share it with others. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to engage with a diverse range of people and you thrive in a customer-focused environment.
