About Us:
Jiya Enterprise Limited is a grocery retail store, known for quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations and drive store success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory audits.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
Implement sales strategies and promotions to meet targets.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and food hygiene standards.
Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Qualification or Work Experience:
- Diploma or higher in commerce, management, hospitality management etc. OR -At least three years of relevant experience. -(Candidates can apply if they are meeting either the qualification or the work experience requirements as mention above).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
