As an STMS, you will ensure the accurate following of temporary traffic management plans and oversee set up and pack down of road closures and diversions.

You will be confident leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew, whilst providing clear job details and expectations to TMO’s.
Willing and able to train and upskill our Traffic Controllers and junior STMS’

You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.

A valid STMS warrant (be it A/B or Level 1/2)
Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
Flexibility is desirable given you will be required to work shift work
