An exciting (and rare) opportunity has presented itself within the Facilities Management space whereby we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to come onboard and get things done! We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has worked across a range of facilities, from large corporates to the smaller mom-and-pop establishments. Someone who knows how to envision the effective day-to-day running of our sites and make it happen. This will include the procurement of relevant services so that our staff are afforded safe and appropriate facilities. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and can be based in either our Auckland CBD site or our East Tamaki site.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of our property portfolio (approx.115 branches across New Zealand) via the ticket system
Maintain an accurate register of all owned and leased premises through our Nomos property system
Ensure all rent reviews etc are actioned and documented in a timely manner
Develop a network of builders and sub-contractors
Ensure asset management schedules are up-to-date at all times

The ideal candidate:
We are looking ideally for someone to hit the ground running - a minimum of 7 years experience in property working with a range of landlords
Relevant tertiary qualification, including legal / lease documentation experience
Thorough ability to manage the daily requests of a multi-site business
Excellent knowledge of building practises and processes
Strong communications and interpersonal skills - you will be meeting and building relationships with a diverse stakeholder portfolio
