Position: Cook
Work Experience: relevant qualifications or 3 years or relevant work experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order; this may include such food items as pizza dough, Prep line etc.

Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as dough mixers, dough roller, make table or deep fryers
-
Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions
-
Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once
-
Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
-
Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked
-
Ensure food storage is carried out as per company standards
-
Work collaboratively with kitchen team
-
Communicate effectively with staff and management
-
Perform any other duties as required by the employer

Attend training sessions and meetings as required
