We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations (H&S) Administrator to join the team at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s Aquarium.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership of all administrative duties in areas of Health & Safety planning and administration, payroll, recruitment, procurement and coordination support.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Managing administrative tasks
Overseeing maintenance of office facilities
Ensuring that office equipment and supplies are readily available
Maintaining records
Ensure the workplace is safe and healthy for employees and visitors
Ensure compliance and record keeping of health & safety procedures, accidents and incidents, and training
Coordinate activity with remote support functions
Communicate widely with staff through various platforms
Other ADHOC admin duties
About You
A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential, but to truly shine in this role you will also have:
High level of planning and organisation skills required to meet the daily challenges within the business.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Attention to detail, accurate and well organised.
Consistency in work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to follow through with extra tasks.
