As the Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient operations at our Front Desk. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting guests with enquiries, reservations, and housekeeping needs with promptness and professionalism.
- Assisting daytime teams to ensure the Front Desk operates fluidly and proficiently.
- Upholding our commitment to excellence in guest service, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times.
- Utilizing Opera PMS to manage front office operations effectively.

- This is a part-time, position offering 32 hours per week within a friendly team and one of New Zealand's leading hotel brands. $24 - $24.50 p/h.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a hotel front office role with both day and night experience, and 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager with familiarity with Opera PMS preferred.
- Experience completing the Night Audit process will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates or the ability to attain them.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
