Civil Engineering Technician
Duties include:
Employment type: full time permanent
The minimum skills, experience and qualifications for the role: A diploma Level 6 or higher qualification in Engineering. Some relevant work experience is not required but is preferred.
Days required: Monday to Friday
Guaranteed hours of work: 40 hours per week

- Preparing sketches, plans and designs for construction works such as drainage, water supply, roads and other structures
- Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost
- Assisting in providing project cost estimation and quote and budget proposal to the director/project manager for their decisions
- Interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment
- Ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and
- contract provisions
- Visiting, organising and supervising construction sites to make sure the maintenance and repair work
- All other duties delegated by the management team from time to time, in relation to the construction projects throughout the project progress.
