About the role
This role requires a high level of coordination between different stakeholders - meaning organisation skills and attention to detail are crucial alongside computer literacy.
This role is permanent part time (35 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.00pm) during school term time only which is 40 weeks per year.
Qualifications & experience

Administration and Data Entry experience required
Attention to detail is critical
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Experience with Google Office (or MS Office) suite, particularly Sheets/Excel and Docs/Word
Comfortable using a range of software applications and ability to pick up new applications easily

Tasks & responsibilities

Data Entry and Validation
Liaising with teachers, parents and students for unexplained absences as required
Prepare attendance related data and reports for senior leadership and Ministry of Education
Review attendance data for patterns
Monitor and address concerning attendance patterns with school leadership
Maintains student and staff privacy and protects operations by keeping information confidential
