Job Title : Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

Hours : Our business hours are from 14:00 to 23:00 with a lunch break from 17:00 to 18:00

Job Overview :
Lad Gov Corporation is offering a paid internship for an Administrative Assistant at our Agadir Office. The team is comprised solely of females under the age of 25, therefore we are looking for female English speakers to join the team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in gaining firsthand experience in administrative operations within a government contracting environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customers' database accounts and records, perform customer verification and process applications, orders and requests.
  • Provide support to accounting personnel with data entry
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other employees.
  • Provide outstanding administrative support to the third partner, while establishing and coordinating overall departmental functionality.
  • Assist manager with development of Power Point presentations.
  • Assist customers if needed.
  • Maintain and update sheets as required
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree
  • No experience required
  • Strong understanding of Excel, Word and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills, must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must be female, under the age of 25 to accommodate the environment in which other females are working in.
