Sales Assistant

Sales Executive
1. Issues (Local and Export) Delivery Order & Invoice.
A) Export for Declaration Purpose
B) Local (Email to customer by E-Invoice)
2. Scanning all Sales Invoice into server complete set invoice – Sales Invoice, DO, SG DO, Permit, K2, Official Receipt)
3. Delivery Advice
4. Monitor Kuantan Warehouse drum stock/ capseal tally with our Autocount.
5. Monthly Sales Analysis report, Sales Report.
6. Issues Sales Order, email circular the Sales Order to production (liase with Production and Logistic plan and delivery)
7. Monitor the customer payment, if the payment did not received or over the credit limit need hold the delivery.
8. Weekly and Monthly send the statement of account to customer reminder and ask for the payment schedule date.
9. Properly filling Sales Invoice and Sales Order file.
10. To attend production meeting and require to attend with operation team at production floor.
11. Salary based on experience
Working Days/Hour:
Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
Location: SDP Packaging Sdn Bhd
Lot 1272, Jalan Seelong Jaya 13, 81400 Senai, Johor (1119717-K)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
