Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and availability.
  • Receive and process sales orders from customers.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner via call or email.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment and delivery.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM graduate.
  • Minimum 1 -2 year of related working experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
