Position: Purchasing Executive
Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Senai | Food product manufacturer
Working days: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5.30 pm

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Job scope:
- Responsible for the development of the supplier to ensure the stability of the supply.
- Understand the product requirements, market conditions, and ensure the authenticity of the supplier's quotation.
- Preliminary understanding of the commercial terms (payment terms, quantity, quality standards, certificates, delivery time) of supplier Collect performance appraisal data.
- Responsible for optimizing the gross profit of old products.
- Collect product and supplier certificates to ensure certificate qualification; be familiar with product information such as product key control point and technological processes.
- Purchase support such as material addition, purchase order creation, payment request, etc.
- Complete all temporary work according to the requirements of superior leaders.
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to speak Mandarin
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Mandarin (Preferred)
