OFFICE ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Jobscope:
Data entry and prepare documents
-Sales Order/Delivery Order/ Invoice / Purchase Order/Purchase Receipt

Keep track incoming & outgoing goods
-Liase with supplier for the estimate arrival date
-Liase with delivery team for the delivery to customer

Any adhoc administrative work
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the administrative field is required for this position. Experience in furniture or renovation field are preferable.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
Age 28 above is preferable.
Possess own transport.
Working hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
Working Area:
Eco business park 1 (Near Dato Onn)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Day shift
