Our Client is one of the world’s leading footwear companies. It has a retail presence of over 5,300 shops in more than 70 countries across five continents and 21 production facilities in 18 countries.
Job Summary
A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborates with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
General Responsibilities:
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

General Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done following company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with reports and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with the competition.
- Verbal and written business communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill.
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
- Leadership and decision-making ability.
- Preferably District Manager/ Area Manager / Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Chain Store Retailer and Franchising
- Age between 30 – 45 years old
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
