Standard Job Responsibilities: 1. Punctual, efficient and above all courteous, assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest, and speaks in a clear voice to other employees. 2. Must be always well groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform. While on duty, never wear any jewellery except that which is permitted as per the Resort’s grooming standard for uniformed employee. 3. Handles guest complaints, and if necessary, refer them to Manager for follow-up and corrective action. Must relay any customer complaints, regardless how small, to the Manager or Supervisor on duty. 4. Always be aware of his/her schedule. Must be punctual and must give adequate notice whenever serious circumstances prevent him/her from adhering to schedule. 5. To supervise the daily operations of the ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and procedures and to ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality. 6. Supervise and control the maintenance/sanitation of the equipment to protect the assets and ensure quality service. 7. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. 8. Supervise and direct to the Restaurant Manager including F&B associates. 9. Schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend discipline, as appropriate. 10. Perform any other job related duties as assigned. 11 Any other duties task as and when assigned or required from time to time. Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks: 1. Work with strict compliance to all company’s rules and regulations. 2. Ensure the safety and accountability of company’s assets, cash and cheques in custody at all times. 3. Exercise reasonable care and caution in maintaining confidentiality of company’s documents. 4. Be an active member in the department to contribute ideas as well as to advance the goals of the department. 5. Exhibit professionalism, good discipline and conduct at all times.
