Admin Assistant cum Receptionist
- General administrations including data entry, filling etc.
- Assist on monitoring & updating of staff Attendance.
- Assists in general maintenance for factory and facilities maintenance including IT / security system/ telecommunication system.
- Assists on upkeep and maintain cleanliness for common places including reception, lobby, display shelf, meeting room, conference room, wash room, pantry, kitchen, wash room, server room, center filling room etc.
- Assist on Lockers / Keys & Items Issuance and returning monitoring records.
- Assists in preparation of meeting room, training room for internal / external meeting/ training / lunch & transport for customer/external auditors if require
- Assists Landscape monitoring
- Assists Pest control monitoring
- Assists on controlling & monitoring of security
- Assists Foreign workers affairs including attend sick worker to seek medical advice, clinic etc
- Assists in draft / Issue internal &External memo / letter for any management requires
- Assist Liaise with external parties when emergency situation occurs including BOMBA, Police, Hospital, SAJ, Tenaga National, etc.
- Apply, renew & maintain company licenses with relevant government and authorities’ bodies as well as attend their visits and audits.
- Assist on source for vendors for services or indirect purchasing including facilities items, stationary, sanitary etc
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
