Position : Account Assistant
Location : Jalan Lagenda 1, 81000 Kulai, Johor
Working hours: Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm/ Alternate Saturday – half day
Salary range: RM 2000 ~ RM 3000
Accounting software: NAV
Requirements:
· Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
. Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
. Strong understanding and experience with SST (Sales and Service Tax) regulations and reporting and internal auditing
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work
· Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Can accept fresh graduates for degree holder, if diploma holder, they should have 2 -3 years of related experience
- Age below 30 years old, Open gender
- Open to Malay & Chinese candidates
Job Descriptions:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Prepare and submit SST returns and ensure timely payments
• Provide support during audits
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
• Conduct the auditing of financial and operational in various departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
