Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, coordinates, and implements assessment, accreditation, and academic program and review activities across AAG; continually monitors progress toward identified goals and objectives to support continual accreditation of the school.
Under the direction of the Superintendent and Executive Assistant collects, compiles, and analyzes data related to faculty qualifications, curriculum standards, enrollment, and other academic activities for accreditation, academic program reviews, self-studies, school-level decision-making, and other related activities.
Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies as it relates to school data; directly liaises with accrediting bodies; compiles reports and information for dissemination to school administrators.
Develop, implement, and evaluate methods for collecting and analyzing data; collaborate with the Superintendent and Executive Assistant and/or other designee for technical platforms for collecting, maintaining, and reporting data.
Provides technical and professional guidance, consultation, and support to faculty, staff, school administrators, and other related personnel as it pertains to the school's progress toward accreditation, collection of data, and other related activities.
Interprets assessment findings; analyzes and compiles comprehensive statistical and narrative data; assists with the preparation of official assessment reports to summarize findings.
Plans, develops, and implements various special projects as assigned; plans, coordinates, promotes, and facilitates special events, programs, and/or activities.
Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of reports as required, concerning assigned areas of responsibility.
