The Redcastle Hotel currently require a full time and part time reservation agents / receptionists.
Description
Pay: €13.00 per hour

Description
- Telephone enquiries and bookings
- Greeting customers on their arrival and catering to their needs during their stay
- Ability to work on one's initiative
- Ability to handle all customer queries in a professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment
- Cash handling and till reconciliation
- Full training provided / no experience necessary
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry in a customer service role
- Fluency in English Language
- Excellent computer skills and organisational skills
Pay: €13.00 per hour
