Role Overview:
The Proposals Manager will play a crucial role in driving projects that aim to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable practices.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our growing & dynamic Bids team who are responsible for sourcing and bidding for decarbonization works throughout the UK and Ireland.
This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional bid writing skills, M&E experience, and the ability to connect with clients requirements and ensure they are clearly addressed within project specific proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including planning, drafting, editing, and finalising proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.
Ensure all proposals meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements in a timely manner.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposal drafts to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organisation's goals.
Vetting content to ensure technical accuracy and relevance to the client's needs.
Recreate and set out draught reviews, providing clear and constructive feedback to improve proposal quality.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively convey value propositions.
Maintain a repository of proposal templates, best practices, and historical data to streamline the proposal development process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in bid writing and managing the proposal development process.
Strong mechanical experience, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
Demonstrated expertise in vetting content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client requirements.
Proficient in recreating and setting out draught reviews to ensure clarity and coherence of proposal content.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
