Café Supervisor
*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery in a vibrant café setting. *Duties* - Manage all aspects of the café, including food preparation, service, and customer interactions - Supervise café staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations - Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations - Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively - Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business - Develop and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team - Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty *Requirements* - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team - Proficiency in food preparation, kitchen operations, and bartending - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving business growth
