Account Manager

Job Description :

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Manage and monitor all order progress.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company customer base and ensure a strong presence.
• Coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Understand customers' needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
