The VIE Program of Forvia Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment:
Our Faurecia Automotive Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE Talent Managementm/f for ourPisek plant in Czech Republic.
Your role and responsibilities:
In this rich and varied mission, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself into the Talent Management organization within a global Automotive Player. As part of a strong European team, you will:
Support the organization in the annual Talent Management Processes (Annual interview, People Review etc.)
Plan, implement and follow up on Talent Management Projects
Regular KPI analysis & reporting to monitor the effectiveness of our Talent Development measures.
Play a pivotal role in the hiring and follow up of new VIE colleagues.
Liaise with our Corporate University to ensure effective and efficient training management.
Who are you ?
You are between 18 and 28 years old (included)
European citizenship
Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources
Fluent in English
First practical experience in one of the HR domains, preferably Business Partnering
Strong communicator & learning oriented
Good analytical skills & conceptual skills
The mission will last 12 months.
