As a ITSM Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Service Now solutions , gaining hands-on experience with the platform.
- Learning the ins and outs of Service Now, including configuration, customization , and best practices.
- Collaborating with team members to gather client requirements and assist in the development of tailored Service Now solutions .
- Supporting pre-sales activities by contributing to p resentations, workshops, and proposals .
- Participating in client meetings , helping to identify their needs and providing valuable insights.

You're a great fit for this role if you have:
- IT knowledge of Application Development technologies (Java Script, HTML, CSS, DML/SQL, Angular.JS, web services...).
- Strong soft skills, including communication and presentation abilities , analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced English , both written and verbal communication.
- IT education or relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Service Now certification(s).
