The role of Cluster Activity Officer is responsible for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams. In this role, you will ensure excellent execution of the cluster activity pipeline in the cluster, in line with the regional business strategy, following project management process.
Location of the role is flexible in Central European cluster (CZ, RO, HU, SK).
What will be your key responsibilities?
Act as copilot to MS&D and other demand functions to ensure Qu EST process governance is reflected in decision making regarding portfolio and promotional activities
Act as a Key User for the Functional community for defined activity management tool(s)
Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects
Strong collaboration with European Project Managers for all activities being implemented in the market/cluster
Being expert in project and process management, tools and ways of working and is responsible for their continuous improvement
Requires good perspective and understanding of markets needs to be able to provide the cluster teams with high quality project recommendations
Project management:
Copilot to the cluster demand organization, being a source of expertise in, and ensures adherence to, cluster activity related principles, processes, and tools, including Qu EST, PPM, FIT and portfolio simplicity
Lead allocated cluster activities and being responsible for delivery of these activities with excellence and in line with the defined Best In Class (Bi C) execution standards
Synchronise local, cluster, and regional functions as well effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved to prepare and execute the local deployment plans
Own and share up to date overview of the cluster activity pipeline in the cluster and markets
Ensure timely delivery of Best in Class (BIC) “Market / Cluster Execution” KPIs for assigned cluster activity as well as flagging key risks across all BIC KPIs to relevant S&OP + forum
Lead post project reviews for own activities and transfers learnings across the cluster activity and other relevant teams
Supports the Cluster Stagegate review as copilot to the MS&D team:
Feed S&OP+ feeder meetings with inputs on Cluster/Market feasibility, including scenario and risk management for the allocated activity pipeline
Highlight major issues and deviations to the agreed framework, outlines implications and proposes solutions/next steps to ensure a successful submission.
Ownership for Continuous Improvement:
Act as a center of expertise and reference for cluster activity relevant processes, tools, and ways of working and drives their standardisation and continuous improvement in collaboration with other Cluster Activity Teams and in alignment to regional Strategy Deployment Objectives
Share good practice and knowledge across Cluster activity teams, ensures best practice knowledge management using agreed portals and supports training & learning culture Support SD OGSM Workstreams and participates in assigned workstreams across the cluster activity community.
Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution
Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement
Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues
Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendations
What are we looking for?
Higher Education Degree
3-5 years of project & process management experience (preferrably from demand/marketing/supply chain functions)
Experience with cluster/market activity management is a huge advantag
Ability to build and lead effective project teams
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams
Structured ways of working, stakeholder management skills, independence
High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility
Very good communication capability
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Good knowledge of MS 365 tools, experience with PPM Tool and Fit Tool is a big plus
