As part of the People Insights Area of Practice (Ao P), we collaborate to unlock the full potential of our people data and technology, informing Roche decisions with research-based insights.
The Opportunity As an Insights Analyst, you'll contribute to:
Reporting & Data Analysis
Demonstrates an understanding data analysis and insights generation
Knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboarding solutions (Report writer & designer), or other HCM or ERP system
Customer Delivery & Centricity
Has basic understanding of the business and functions within the organization and their needs
Adheres to customer experience best practices and meets minimum requirements for customer feedback
Digital & Data Acumen
Leverages digital tools for collaboration and co-creation.
Embraces learning technologies to further development
Applies a data-driven framework to define and diagnose the problem, analyze data and make actionable recommendations
Acts as a data guardian, respecting data quality, governance and privacy
Specific Responsibilities & Scope
Participates in the global Insights Analyst Community, collaborates within the Ao P in their role, and contributes to innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
Who you are
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
Proficiency in utilizing modern business intelligence (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
Basic knowledge of data preparation and querying methods
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
