We are a growing donut business with 11 branches dedicated to serving delicious, high-quality donuts to our community. As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support our business objectives.

### Responsibilities
- *Financial Planning & Analysis*
- Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive profitability.
- *Accounting & Reporting*
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- *Cash Flow Management*
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- *Cost Control*
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor operational costs across branches.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- *Team Leadership*
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
- *Strategic Planning*
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
- Support expansion efforts through financial modeling and analysis.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in the retail or food industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
