Come grow with us. WAREHOUSE The warehouse manager at Mister Bobbin Embroidery plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy of orders received and order status. This is a fast paced environment. The manager is responsible to ensure that the correct goods are received and cross references receipts with purchase orders. Some communication with customers is needed. The warehouse manager reports to the production manager. *Receive shipments from UPS/FEDEX/Other. *Match receiving with pending orders. *Unpack merchandise and check in against PO’s *Track order status of PO’s in production schedule, Note partial receipts, assign order location in warehouse. * Communicate discrepancies with customers and address replacements and corrections. This position reports directly to company management and/or Embroidery Operator Supervisor. This position will work 40 hours/week, excluding overtime needs. Warehouse Manager Requirements

Ability to perform work responsibilities with little or no supervision following a new hire training period. (Training and supervision will be provided as needed for ongoing skills development for new embroidery and machine techniques.)

Above average skills in verbal communications and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for most of an 8-hour shift (excluding breaks).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Warehouse Manager Specific Responsibilities of the Job
Review work orders and match goods received against work orders to confirm accuracy.
Allocate goods received in warehouse and update production scheduling.
Perform data entry to update and maintain accuracy of job status and production scheduling
Maintain neat and orderly warehouse condition
Process computerized UPS and FEDEX shipping.
Warehouse Manager Qualifications and Skills
High School Degree or equivalent.
Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We will train the employee in our warehousing/production systems.
Embroidery Machine Operator Shifts Available
We are currently seeking an employee for first shift. Work schedule is M-F 7:00AM - 3:30 PM. Voluntary overtime may also be available. The open positions are full-time positions, but we will also consider applications for part-time hours.
