The Third Party Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service in the performance of all assigned duties and maintain responsiveness to the needs of external and internal customers through courteous and professional behavior. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist students by phone, email, or in person or making sure they speak to the correct department
- Bill and collect all third-party vendors for payments of tuition, fees, and other charges for each semester
- Maintain a reconciliation of all third-party accounts
- Process and monitor all Over 60 waivers
- Work with the Financial Aid office in the invoicing of some state scholarships
- Other duties as assigned to promote and support the Student Accounts office
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to conduct research, perform quantitative quality assurance reviews, and prepare reports.

Required Education and/or Experience
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Preference given to those with a degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field, previous experience in a Higher Education environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Banner ERP a plus.
