Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers will be essential in promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your time and resources.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to help shape product offerings.
Skills
  • Proven experience in territory sales, business development, or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

Pay: $57,351.00 - $65,871.00 per year
