The Company
DAX Automation is the US branch of JC Electronics, a leading European distributor of industrial automation components to industry worldwide. JC specializes in giving equipment a second life and reintegrating it into the industrial world, contributing to a more environmentally-conscious, circular economy. As more manufacturers are taking their carbon footprint into consideration, our inventory is becoming more in demand and our position in the market is only getting stronger.
The Role
In 2025, DAX will rebrand as JC Electronics to enhance our visibility as a global provider of automation controls and equipment. This change, and our ongoing growth, has provided us with a need for more sales staff to help with all areas of the business, from building new relationships with prospective customers to managing existing relationships and keeping our sales processes flowing smoothly.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role has:

a detail-oriented mind
the ability to prioritize and manage tasks quickly and efficiently
a clear communication style, both written and and over the phone
precise data entry skills
familiarity with the MS Office 365 suite
a desire to learn and grow with us

Familiarity with the following will be helpful in this role:

Selling to Industrial customers
Working with currency exchange rates
Working with couriers to resolve logistical issues
Communicating with international contacts
