Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Supervise stock replenishment and organization of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities with each customer interaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to inform customers accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus but not mandatory.
