Role : Registered Nurse
Location : West Reading, PA 19611 ( West Reading Nursing & Rehab 425 Buttonwood St.)
Shift Hours : 7:00am to 3:30pm & 11:00pm to 7:30am (1st Shift & 3rd Shift)
Contract Tenure : 9 Weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and work in collaboration with a team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a timely manner.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Educate patients and families about healthcare needs, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatments, observations, and patient outcomes.
Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Active RN license in [State]. Compact license is preferred.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
