JOB DESCRIPTION – Regional Sales Manager
Start Date: Immediately
Location: USA
Job Title: Industrial Regional Sales Manager
Priority Wire & Cable, a leading supplier of wire and cable in the U.S. and Canada, is seeking a Industrial Regional Sales Manager to support our East region. This role will support our well-established electrical distribution channel and focus on managing and building accounts.
The successful candidate will join a team of Industrial Regional Sales Managers across the United States to help to continue to grow our sales.

Industrial Regional Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieves sales and profit goals within your region.
  • Manages accounts and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate.
  • Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
  • Collects relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
  • Focus on the Industrial Product offering
  • Mining Industry expert in the East with offering assistance in other territories when needed.


Qualifications/Skills:
  • Comfortable working remote
  • Self-Driven
  • Hands on
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Team Oriented; Must be able to work with teams, individual contributors, and executives while having the ability to influence, understand and collaborate.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to travel 75% within, and occasionally outside the USA.


Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in outside sales and account management.
  • Sound understanding of copper and aluminum wire installs and applications.
  • Sound understanding of electrical distribution channel and demonstrated partnerships.
  • Metallurgy experience or understanding preferred.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel by plane or automobile.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
