Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive front office receptionist/ office manager to handle all incoming calls, manage the firm's calendar and scheduling, process and record payments, and ensure the firm's daily operations function in a smooth and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess a sound work ethic, the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have experience with a variety of administrative tasks . This role is crucial to our law firm's ability to maintain an efficient and positive atmosphere for our staff and our clients.
Responsibilities
Handle daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
Process incoming and going payments.
Maintaining the offices appearance and ensuring adequate stock of office supplies.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication standards when interacting with clients, staff, and other professionals on a daily basis.
Greeting visitors and clients and managing incoming calls and emails.
Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Willingness to work in a high paced environment.
Possess self-initiative skills and a desire to learn.
Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills when interacting with clients and staff alike.
Experience working in an office setting is a plus but not required.
