Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Director of First Impressions to become the face of our Market Center. This key role will serve as the front office manager and communications coordinator, ensuring that our clients, agents, and visitors receive outstanding service from the moment they walk through the door. You will be an integral part of our daily operations, bringing a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism to every task. What You’ll Do:
  • Front Office Leadership: Welcome agents, clients, and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. Manage phone lines, respond to emails, and schedule meetings/conference room bookings.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily Market Center operations, provide administrative support to leadership, and ensure compliance with transaction and office procedures.
  • Promote Our Culture: Be a champion for Keller Williams' core values, actively promoting our unique value proposition to agents, recruits, and potential team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Help with MLS listing input, create marketing materials, perform daily compliance checks, and keep the front office running smoothly.
  • Event and Training Support: Assist in organizing and executing Keller Williams events, meetings, and training sessions that support agent development and team-building.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all guests, agents, and clients, ensuring an exceptional and professional first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handle mail/packages, and keep the reception area clean and inviting.
  • Support daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the office remains organized and welcoming.
  • Coordinate office communications, including text blasts, emails, and social media updates.
  • Help organize and participate in agent retention programs and initiatives to foster a collaborative and thriving workplace.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support leadership and agents in achieving their goals.

Required Education and Experience:
  • REAL ESTATE OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED. This is a starting position for a talented, hard-working individual who will have the opportunity to grow with our amazing organization! This is a full-time position. Please expect to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm most days. A car is a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
