Job Summary
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. Your role involves guiding clients through the process, providing expertise on market conditions, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to advise clients on property value and market conditions
- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
- Manage property listings and promote properties through various channels
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favorable deals for clients
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management practices
- Familiarity with sales techniques and real estate law
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to a broader client base
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
