Our Award-Winning Client, a respected healthcare provider with a national presence, seeks a skilled Radiology Supervisor to lead their team in Middlebury, VT. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with clinical duties as needed, allowing you to support the team, cover for absences, and enhance service quality. The position offers a $15,000 signing bonus and $9,200 in relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Position Overview The Radiology Supervisor will oversee a variety of radiologic procedures, performing both routine and complex tests across multiple areas, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS. This role requires expertise in ARRT(R) certification and licensure eligibility in Vermont, with additional certifications in either CT or Mammography. Candidates must have at least five years of radiology experience and one year in a supervisory role. Familiarity with Epic EMR and Visage PACS system is a plus. Responsibilities
Manage shift workflow and delegate tasks to radiology staff as needed.
Support clinical operations, including coverage for vacations and unexpected absences.
Perform quality control, making daily decisions to uphold clinical standards.
Communicate with the Radiology Director on shift activities and staffing needs.
Maintain up-to-date skills in CT, mammography, and other imaging modalities.
Required Skills and Experience
Certificate or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
ARRT(R) certification plus additional certification in CT or Mammography
Eligibility for Radiologic Technologist licensure in Vermont
Five years of experience in radiology
One year of supervisory experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
Supervisory experience within a union setting
ARRT certifications in CT, mammography, and radiography
Proficiency in Epic EMR and Visage PACS system
