Quality Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance program including managing regulatory compliance through internal inspections and audits. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Each employee is expected to encourage safe practices, enforce safety policies and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Oversee audit program;
- Maintain effective complaint and corrective action procedures;
- Maintain effective nonconformity procedures;
- Annual Product Review reports;
- Conduct internal audits;
- Conduct external audits;
- Coordinate CAPA process including;
- Personnel management including employee time, performance, and training;
- Conduct and maintain all recertifications.
- Bachelor's degree relevant to quality management
- 5+ years of experience in the field of quality/life science
- Leadership skills
- Report writing and presentation
- Typing
- Computer knowledge, Excel, Word, Outlook, Master Control
- Audit certification ASQ/CQA
- Corrective and Preventive Action training
- ISO 9001 and CFR 210, 211, 820 and 11 experience/knowledge
- Knowledge of international standards
- Investigation techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
