The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance program including managing regulatory compliance through internal inspections and audits. Other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities *Each employee is expected to encourage safe practices, enforce safety policies and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Oversee audit program;
Maintain effective complaint and corrective action procedures;
Maintain effective nonconformity procedures;
Annual Product Review reports;
Conduct internal audits;
Conduct external audits;
Coordinate CAPA process including;
Personnel management including employee time, performance, and training;
Conduct and maintain all recertifications.
Skills/Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree relevant to quality management
5+ years of experience in the field of quality/life science
Leadership skills
Report writing and presentation
Typing
Computer knowledge, Excel, Word, Outlook, Master Control
Audit certification ASQ/CQA
Corrective and Preventive Action training
ISO 9001 and CFR 210, 211, 820 and 11 experience/knowledge
Knowledge of international standards
Investigation techniques
