Quality Control Specialist (Cleaning)
Job Description:
STR Super Cleaners, a leader in Airbnb/short-term rental (STR) cleaning services, is seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Inspector/Trainer to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in cleaning, excellent people skills, and a passion for training and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned Airbnb/ short-term rental properties to ensure they meet our high standards.
· Train new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, processes, and safety protocols.
· Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the cleaning team to continually improve performance.
· Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards and procedures, while identifying areas for process improvements.
· Drive to various properties as required for inspections and training sessions.
Qualifications:
· Extensive experience in cleaning Airbnb/short-term rental properties.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
· Proven experience in a supervisory or training role within the cleaning industry.
· Comfortable driving between job locations; a valid driver’s license is required.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
· Flexible availability within the specified working hours.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
