Property Management II The Property Manager II, under the guidance of the Director of Property Management and Leasing, is responsible for managing the daily tasks and resident relations of the company’s residential and commercial properties, as assigned, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, and that residents’ needs are addressed. The role involves being aware of maintenance issues and working closely with the appropriate Field Managers to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. The Property Manager II also handles key leasing tasks such as responding to apartment inquiries, showing apartments, assisting prospects with the application and leasing process and overseeing renewals. Additionally, they are responsible for enforcing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with housing laws, and maintaining a positive living and working environment. In fulfilling their duties, they are expected to properly utilize Entrata (property management software), such as tracking leads, applications, renewals, maintenance requests and other resident related information. Must be available to work Saturdays regularly during the spring & summer months. Full time position, with compensation range from $22-28/hour, plus a performance bonus opportunity of up to 15%.
