This position is responsible for providing marketing support to the product management team, sales teams, partners, and end-users. This position is based at the HR Health Care corporate office.
Responsibilities:
Help coordinate, prepare, and review labeling, communications, and marketing assets
Assist in the management of day-to-day progress and maintenance of products
Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and feedback
Help organize and maintain product documentation and specifications
Perform market research
Assist in analyzing market data and preparing reports for leadership
Help monitor industry trends and gather competitive intelligence
Aid in planning and executing product launches
Participate in content development for launch materials, clinical, and training resources
Assist in organizing launch events and presentations
Facilitate communication between product management and other departments
Schedule and coordinate cross-functional team meetings
Help maintain project timelines and follow up on action items
Assist in gathering and organizing documentation for regulatory compliance
Manage product information in databases and information systems
Generate reports on product performance and market trends
Assist in creating presentations for stakeholders and management
Help coordinate product training sessions
Assist in maintaining product literature and educational materials
Support the sales/CS team by providing product information and answering queries

Previous experience working in a medical device manufacturing company preferred
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent experience preferred
