Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool-aged children.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
Facilitate physical education activities that promote gross motor skills and overall health.
Provide individualized support to students, including those with special education needs or requiring additional assistance.
Monitor children's progress in literacy education and other developmental milestones, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development both at school and at home.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized and productive learning environment.
Proficiency in lesson planning tailored to preschool curricula that encourages exploration and creativity.
Experience working with students in daycare or preschool settings, demonstrating patience and understanding of young learners' needs.
Knowledge of physical education principles applicable to early childhood development.
Familiarity with tutoring techniques that can be adapted for individual student needs.
Ability to provide toddler care while ensuring their safety and comfort during activities.
Understanding of special education practices to support children with varying abilities effectively.
