Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: The Country Club of Little Rock
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 9am – 12pm
Job Description:
The Country Club of Little Rock is looking for a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of the club's front desk. As the face of the club, you will greet visitors, manage phone lines, assist with reservations, and provide administrative support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Member and Guest Engagement: Greet members and guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Phone and Reservations: Operate the telephone switchboard, answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Take and confirm reservations for dining, events, and other club services.
Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to management and the executive assistant, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing documents.
Information Provider: Offer information about club amenities, services, and events to members and guests.
Office Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring that it remains a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the club and a seamless experience for members and guests.
Member Satisfaction: Address member inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and the ability to engage with members and guests in a courteous, respectful way.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
