Our Allstate Agency is family owned and one of the top producing Allstate offices in the U.S.. This company is well-established (11 years open), yet young and rapidly growing which provides a long-term career opportunity within a bulletproof industry. POSITION OVERVIEW Our business has tripled over 3 years. This growth combined with comp/KPI changes has resulted in an increased emphasis on our Client Services Division which onboards $5M in new annual sales, services & retains 6,000 existing policies and generates consistent revenue via client interactions. We have a great tenured team & efficient processes already in place, but the goals have shifted. We need an elite CLIENT SERVICES/OPERATIONS MANAGER to help us bolster our operations by developing our existing team, elevating our client interactions, expanding our team & assisting with new process implementation. Oversee Office Operations while managing a team of (6) professionals. Report directly to Owner/Sr. Management. Work in tandem with our Sales Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Client Services Activity/KPI:
Directly handle front-facing client interactions
Oversee all daily activity + perform a Daily Quality Assurance process
Ensure Account Executives hit revenue generation goals consistently
Strategically manage daily operations to positively impact KPI
Manage/Build Your Team:
Point of contact for call outs/PTO conversations
Perform Employee Evaluations and Employee Development plans
Track PTO usage and submit payroll figures for approval to Owner
