Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and securing our information systems while providing support for various IT projects. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties

Oversee the implementation and management of information security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Supervise the IT team, providing guidance and support in daily operations and project execution.
Manage Local Area Network (LAN) configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues as they arise.
Utilize SQL for database management, ensuring data integrity and availability for users.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate new applications and improve existing systems.
Maintain organized documentation of IT processes, procedures, and project progress.
Provide technical support to office staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to IT performance metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in information security practices and technologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in LAN management and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with SQL for database management tasks.
Demonstrated ability in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
