We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to support various projects within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce management and human resources, as well as the ability to synthesize information and present findings effectively.
With limited supervision, the Employment Law Researcher will be responsible for: · Proofreading posters, pamphlets, and brochures. · Researching local, state and federal employment and labor laws and regulations. · Reading, analyzing and interpreting legal information. · Summarizing the information/findings in understandable terms via written or verbal communication to Sales Team and business partners. · Verifying product accuracy and compliance with employment and labor laws and regulations. · Working closely with the Graphics Department to edit changes/revisions. · Ensuring products are updated with the correct information. · Providing detailed reports on product compliance and accuracy. · Conducting thorough analyses to identify potential areas of improvement. · Participating in team meetings to discuss compliance issues and solutions. *The Employment Law Researcher must be detail-oriented and capable of adapting to changes in the legislation process and regulatory requirements.
