Overview
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. The Executive Director is responsible for the company's daily operations (IBHS program and Outpatient Clinic), including the performance of all employees, ensures excellent customer service, business ethics, and fiscal responsibilities. Operations are conducted following all federal and state laws, rules, and regualtions of the various programs served, insurance guidelines, and the policies and procedures of the company. The Mission and Values of Clarion Family Therapy are considered paramont to decision making. Employment is at-will and voluntary.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization’s operations, ensuring alignment with its mission and values in conjucntion with the Clinical Director.
Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with policy and procedures.
Deals with consumer complaints/concerns professionally and efficiently.
Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of programs and services.
Conducts regular staff meetings to review policies and procedures.
Administrative supervision of personnel, supervising all staff either directly or through subordinate supervisors.
Interviews, hires, and completes initial training for all new staff. Conducts reference checks and license checks as required. keeps ongoing records of all employees, including pay rate agreements, disciplinary actions, and positive reinforcement.
Monitors benefits to ensure appropriate cost and allocation and compares rates as appropriate. Completes enrollment forms for all employees.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, funders, and government agencies to support business development initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization while managing risks effectively.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
Provide leadership to senior management, promoting a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Monitor organizational performance metrics and report progress to the Board of Directors regularly.
