This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and a commitment to promoting the well-being of others. *This job position is for a DSP to work in our Ola group home. *Hours are Monday-Friday 2:30p - 10:30p Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to individuals with various needs, including those with autism, IDD, or other medical conditions - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Implement care plans from individuals IHP & PCSP - Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals in your care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided Experience: - Previous experience working as a Direct Service Provider or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in direct support or social work is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team - Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have complex needs - Ability to follow instructions and implement care plans accurately If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for the position of Direct Service Provider.
